Not only can these type of websites be completely FREE to construct, but they can be functional, attractive – and get traffic at the same time. There are limitations of course (like you can’t make money from adsense advertising and there are only a small number of themes and extras to choose from etc) but for experimentation and other more specific purposes – they are terrific.
